QUESTION : If the individual and combined asset values of cab medallions in Canada is circa $17 Billion; and, if these said values have been created through the hard work of the established, regulated industry; then, is it fair to presume that cab owners in each province may consider civil damages claims for adverse loss of asset values where the province and / or its cities permit severe asset devaluation (or, do NOT vigorously protect these cab medallion values) when there arises a certain, evident corporate thuggery by a foreign purveyor ?
